Thank ya'll . She is looking forward to riding the Roxor with adapted steps , a 1/2 door (per some ideas from this forum) and of course her safety harness.
I don't want to hijack your thread . Just wanted to let you know about those steps and what happened to my 4 legged cow helper puppy aka my very special pal and foot warmer . I sure miss her helping me every day but praying it works out for her to join me on the Roxor again. Thank you again for the well wishes.

Something I should have done the day I brought it home was check ALL of the fluids. Both different, transfer case and manual gear box were all low. Nothing dramatic, but low. I put in 2.5 quarts total. The transmission took the largest amount, just shy of a quart.

They all come low on fluids. Grease your rear axles as well. They tend to be low

I've owned a couple of sxs's and the common across the board is that the QC during assembly is nothing shy of lackluster. I don't know if they are trying to keep up with demand or what, but they all had the same thing low fluids, loose bolts, ect.

I started my bumper install. I took a 4 inch channel and welded two plates on it to match the TJ bumper I had bought. I picked up 16 holes from the rear frame of the Roxor on the channel. Tomorrow I will clean it up and paint the adapter.

Started the series of mods / personalizations of my new 24 HD. AVM Extreme lockout hubs, new door straps and hardware, RC winch plate, and front D-Ring mounts. I am planning out installation of my Garmin Tread and XTC turn signal kit. Also have to trim my front bumper so the roller fairlead on my winch will fit.

Excellent work 👍 it looks great and so does your welds 😁 If you can fabricate like that I'm sure your a golden arm welder. 💪

I wish I could weld. All I did was weld up an adapter for the store bought EAG bumper.

Finished installing the new rear bumper. Had to short stroke the wrench a bit in that tight place. The weak link will be my weld or the rear frame member of the Roxor.

Locking hubs or rear locker is next on the list.

Hate to be bearer of bad news but the weak link is most likely the bumper itself. Those EAG’s are known to fail. Most find the failures when trying to use the D ring mounts for a recovery. The metal will actually tear. Just keep that in mind when actually using it.

My plan for this bumper is to tow around a small trailer. I wouldn't do a recovery from that point anyhow. I have only used recovery hooks bolted to a frame. I have seen recovery hooks on Jeeps break off.

Thanks for the tip on the possible quality issue.
