Put the finishing touches on Bear's kennel, Roxor should make these as an accessory, lol

Cleaned up the wiring on the e-fan install now that I confirmed it's all correct. Spal sure does give you enough wire to get the job done.

I used a military splice on the power point hot wire (purple with yellow stripe) for the relay signal. If you've never heard of a military splice look it up, they're pretty neat, I'll solder it later. There's a bunch of extra wire here because I'm going to hunt for an inexpensive relay controlled fuse panel for interior accessory power. I'll then use the existing keyed power splice shown below to signal the fuse panel relay. Once that is installed I'll switch the fan relay signal to that board and all will be well and good with little back and forth through the dash grommets.

Used this location for the e-fan relay. After removing all the useless vacuum lines and accompanying junk there was a lot more space to mount things!

Pictured above is an allen wrench plugging the vacuum line that comes off the alternator, still need to find a cap for it...

Shout out to Mahindra for using some very thoughtful battery terminals with threaded accessory studs built in. Makes adding circuits a breeze.

Studs are m6-1.0 I had some nuts left over from a harbor freight parts washer build.

The doors are ready for powder coating. I posted pictures a few weeks back after I finished cutting the shape of the doors, bending the top edge, and making the necessary trim cuts. Last weekend, I cut the inner layer of the door from 1/8 aluminim (outer skinn is also 1/8 ). The inner layer is just roughly zhe shape of the door. Strenth, not looks.

I added a 1 inch thick piece of rectangular tubing to get the offset for the latch ro match the offset off the body. A local shop welded the pieces.

I cut and trimmed a pice of aluminum angle for the latch to catch. Below the angle is a piece of 1 inch thick high-density neoprene foam. When the door is shut, it keeps pressure on the latch. Not rattles. No vibrations. Eveytjing tight.
I can grab a door with both hands and rock the machine without the door moving or flexing.

Drove to Stanton AZ, an old mining town that folks are still mining. Then down to Wickenburg, the team roping capital of the world. Threw in a picture of an owl with her baby.

Sounds like a good weekend ride to me. Vinny, I am about 15 minutes south of Lake Pleasant and if you have any interest in joining up for a day of riding just let me know. Would be great if we could gather up a few more in the area at some point and make a day of it.

Came back from Moab for the 55th Easter Jeep Safari. Always a great time! Time to clean the ol' girl back up.

I hear ya. I would be open for this Sunday or next. Wide open for suggested trails as well. Been riding more by myself and sticking closer to home so not sure what trails would run between Peoria and Prescott but would try almost anything.
