Cleaned up the wiring on the e-fan install now that I confirmed it's all correct. Spal sure does give you enough wire to get the job done.

I used a military splice on the power point hot wire (purple with yellow stripe) for the relay signal. If you've never heard of a military splice look it up, they're pretty neat, I'll solder it later. There's a bunch of extra wire here because I'm going to hunt for an inexpensive relay controlled fuse panel for interior accessory power. I'll then use the existing keyed power splice shown below to signal the fuse panel relay. Once that is installed I'll switch the fan relay signal to that board and all will be well and good with little back and forth through the dash grommets.

Used this location for the e-fan relay. After removing all the useless vacuum lines and accompanying junk there was a lot more space to mount things!

Pictured above is an allen wrench plugging the vacuum line that comes off the alternator, still need to find a cap for it...

Shout out to Mahindra for using some very thoughtful battery terminals with threaded accessory studs built in. Makes adding circuits a breeze.

Studs are m6-1.0 I had some nuts left over from a harbor freight parts washer build.

Never liked those, I've had too much trouble with them. Electrical tape and solder will work out well for me!

Took a pretty good ride with it this weekend, this was one of the creek crossings, a couple were up at the bottom of the front bumper.

Sounds like a good weekend ride to me. Vinny, I am about 15 minutes south of Lake Pleasant and if you have any interest in joining up for a day of riding just let me know. Would be great if we could gather up a few more in the area at some point and make a day of it.

Sounds great. It was 94 this weekend in Wickenburg so we all know what's coming.??
May have to do it quickly or wait until fall.

I hear ya. I would be open for this Sunday or next. Wide open for suggested trails as well. Been riding more by myself and sticking closer to home so not sure what trails would run between Peoria and Prescott but would try almost anything.

Yep. I'm not sure what trails are around there either. We're in the process of buying a home so I'm pretty sure my wife will have a few (1000s) of things she'll want me to do. The trail I wanted to do was the Hassayampa river. Saw it on one of the travel shows and it looked interesting. The sand looked pretty deep so I didn't want to get stuck out there alone, plus I'd never hear the end of it. Looks like I'll be stuck here for awhile but I'll look into the trails around Wickenburg etc. That may be a good meeting point.

Sounds good. I can easily find my way to Wickenburg as I have done a couple of rides out that way already. My house is done (finally) after 6 years of working on it so most of my weekend time is free, just let me know what works for you. Good luck on the home purchase.

Installed a fuse block, definitely didn't misdrill anything.

Opened a new pack of fasteners and not 30 minutes later said some bad words

Finally permanently mounted my PA siren control box.

Shortly after this picture I almost flipped the roxor. I need a lunchbox in the front.

Discovered why it shakes at idle. When I pull the exhaust outboard it doesn't rattle or shake at all. I'm thinking I could thread this hangar and put a nylock with a flat washer to hold it over there.
