Installed my new winch. Tomorrow we are heading out alone into the shitty trails.

We went about 16 miles into the woods today. So glad I installed the winch yesterday, I needed it today. Got high centered on a muddy section of the trail. Reverse was not an option. No pictures of me winching out. I'm terrible about taking pictures.

We will go out even further in a couple weeks when I get back home from the North Slope. ECM is coming back off tomorrow and going back to get the Idle turned down. So it'll be sitting next to my wood shed until I get back.

Sunday I finally found summer weather that really wasn't fun to drive in. I've driven in rain, no big deal I got wet, but this time it was a storm with golf ball size hail. Driving 50mph and then it hit. The good news was it came into the driver's side. Bad news.....I was driving? But I'm glad it was me not my wife getting pummeled. My left arm looks like a junkie. At least 30 bruises. Sounded like a little girl yelling with each hit.. ?Oh, and the Roxor, not a scratch. Didn't crack the windshield, dent the hood....nothing. Got home and any of my neighbors cars that were parked outside, hoods and roofs look like a golf ball.
How was your weekend?

I heard there was a Tornado near the airport too! That's pretty wild. I miss it, but then again I'm REALLY glad I don't have to deal with that wind anymore.

I haven’t had this thing out in a while. I’m trying to get it ready for a wheeling trip this weekend. I replaced the front springs, checked fluids, pealed the wrap off, and stretched the wheelbase out to 100 inches.

Took to the North Maine woods this weekend. Great time with lots of new trails to explore around Moosehead Lake. Not a lot of Roxor’s in Maine so we definitely got some looks and “What is that?!!”

I like your cage!

Also, has the crash site been vandalized and stripped much?

not a big mod but I did get me a soft shackle so I could hang a 2500lb winch off the roll bar. Should help hoist large game onto my rack. Work smarter they say.

This install didn't take long to mount and even less time to uninstall. I got so many laughs and thumbs up....It was great for 2 days. Then my wife saw it.?☹
