I would have to wait for a copper crush washer to get here, and I want to drive it now.the tank has a drain plug on it.

Three alignment pins on each upper door frame, they drop into the holes in the lower halves.
I built a set of racks for them to latch into on the drivers side inside fender, it’s a 2-3 minute job to remove or replace.

I reused mine with no issues.I would have to wait for a copper crush washer to get here, and I want to drive it now.
Simple like the old CJ’s, I like it. I assume one of the three is in the top rail of the body since your latch handle is in the lower half? That should take care of any wobble in the upper half? Can I ask what gauge aluminum you used?
Installed my new winch. Tomorrow we are heading out alone into the shitty trails.

Yes. The grill just pulls off.Headlights look great! Did you have to remove the grille to install them? Thanks

I heard there was a Tornado near the airport too! That's pretty wild. I miss it, but then again I'm REALLY glad I don't have to deal with that wind anymore.Sunday I finally found summer weather that really wasn't fun to drive in. I've driven in rain, no big deal I got wet, but this time it was a storm with golf ball size hail. Driving 50mph and then it hit. The good news was it came into the driver's side. Bad news.....I was driving? But I'm glad it was me not my wife getting pummeled. My left arm looks like a junkie. At least 30 bruises. Sounded like a little girl yelling with each hit.. ?Oh, and the Roxor, not a scratch. Didn't crack the windshield, dent the hood....nothing. Got home and any of my neighbors cars that were parked outside, hoods and roofs look like a golf ball.
How was your weekend?
