Reinforced the tailgate spare tire mount. I found cracks in the tailgate frame tubing around the spare tire rack bolt holes. They were hard to detect with the rhino liner sprayed on. I welded on a 1 1/2 angle iron with one edge cut down to 5/8". Hopefully this will be a temp fixed till I can get the material for a swing out tire carrier. Fyi. Just have a 33" on the tailgate. Obviously not rated for anything bigger than stock tires.

So, this wknd. I actually used my Roxor as a guide to change the fluids in the tractor ?. Superisingly, it helped out quite a bit!
This week and wknd, I will get back to painting the trailer for Roxasuras.

Bought a set of 5 wheels for $350 but I think they are going to set too far back.

They look good.
I did a dry fit without any tire. It looks like they set too close to the frame. Thought about wheel spacers but don't really know that much about them.

I would try them, very simple and if you only need a little clearance, it my be the perfect, affordable, simple, and easy answer.

Drove to Williams AZ to explore another part of Route 66. A classic car show was in town and the "Old Jeep" fit right in.? I had more people asking questions about my ride than many of the classic car owners. I guess folks wanted to look at something different than the usual 500 Chevelles that show up.?

@Vinny: Williams is a nice little town.

In 2020, I took a picture of my tan Roxor parked in the exact same spot you parked yours.
Maybe we should start something: everyone who drives their Roxor to Williams, post a picture of the machine in front of this wall. ?
Like that idea. There was more going on in Williams than I expected. Glad I was driving the Roxor , it kept my wife's shopping to a minimum. ??
