Happy with the result. Time to weld it up and make it permanent.

Axles parts came today!
Check out these hubs! The right are stock Toyota hubs left is the stud-less hubs. That big spline slug replaces the locking hub that is a failure point. Keeping it simple.

Your missing something in that pile of parts. No way you got everything you need in one shot?? Lol.

How much lift did you end up with? And what's the major advantage to going to Jeep leaf springs? Thanks in advance....
Well, it looks sharp as hell. Hopefully it will meet your expectations. My only grip about our little buggies is the rough ride. Was this the kit you planned on making and selling or did you decicde against it?I think I’ve covered this in previous post but....
The biggest advantage is a long spring that is mounted under the axle for much more usable travel. Not just a lift for looks.
Pros:
-Longer front leafs make for a HUGE improvement in ride quality, absorbing the supple bumps without giving up load capacity.
-Large lift without all the disadvantages of spring over.
-updated spring bushings to eliminate the spring rub problem.
-The springs are inexpensive even for a high quality pair. (I used rubicon express springs at $75 a corner) and are available in many lift heights and load capacities.
Cons:
- Ummmm.....
