Green Goat Build

I thought it was Eaton, but Auburn is what I found this round.

It might be a good plan to check with Torq-King 4x4 and possibly Diesel Freak about the installation.

Sounds good. A limited slip up front would be amazing as it could be active in 4wd situations to pull over obstacles and completely disconnected in 2wd with lock out hubs to keep road manners in check.

So Roxor in shop for the OX install in rear and Auburn Limited Slip in front.

Roxor in shop! They have the OX installed in rear. Working on the Limited Slip in Front. Also the Auxiliary Fuse Panel. Just ordered from DF and recommended by the shop. If this works out with the Tune and the setup will be amazing upgrades!

Green Goat is officially a goat now! Auburn Limited Slip installed in front and Ox in the rear! Still in shop waiting the auxiliary fuse panel so haven't tested. On the road with the lock out hubs the Roxor should have no noticeable road manner issues with this setup. As far as we can tell this is the only limited slip that may work with the Roxor 19 spline.

Gabe, tell me, will you make actual use of that setup? I know everyone has their own requirements.

My current changes coming up will be my switch from the DF Twin Stick to the Kaiser-Willys Twin Stick and the Torque King's Roxor Breather Kit which allows high water travel.

Here in Florida, I can definitely use the breather kit during hurricane flood waters. The Kaiser-Willys twin stick just moves the 4x4 controls back toward my seat for quicker use.

As far as 4x4 use, the stock setup works for me other than the manual hubs on the front.

@USMC Great question. I don't know if I have any benefit of the twin stick stuff. I would perhaps look in that breather kit for high water travel. In regards to the capability of the stock Roxor with open differentials. For our property in the hills in Mississippi, it was mostly fine for the gravel roads and dry conditions but in wet conditions in the hills it performs how you would think. 1 front wheel spinning and 1 back wheel spinning and roxor not moving. We have roads that get bad and some steep so will run that in 4wd using the Auburn limited slip and if it gets real bad can lock the rear. Meanwhile driving around town or in good conditions can unlock the front hubs in 2wd and road manners will be good. Are other side by side has a locking rear which we use often enough. I was just stuck in the Roxor in a valley and could not get out on either side and had to winch out. Once we get to MS our Roxor stays in 4wd so really only decision is lo or hi.
The lockers and Tune are going to transform this to a much more capable unit for our property.

Gabe, it sounds like you are using what you are putting in, very good! For me, I hope I do not need to use it, but I want to get my High-Water kit installed soon. I work in my driveway so I will post pictures for it.
