So we got a bit of snow last week haha! But I wanted to post the part numbers of everything that I used for the long travel kit and had a chance to put to the test for about 100 miles.

-re1425 rubicon express 4” springs
-2 sets of Daystar KJ02023BK Greasable Main Eye Bushings this part had me hung up for a few days as I originally ordered the standard bushing kit I believe it was re1492? Those will not work with Max’s kit as the shackle hole size is for a 5/8 bolt if I remember right, so once I ordered these greasable bushings the problem was solved.

-24” brake lines made by OTR, I tried ordering 3an fittings and lines and they were wrong, it’s m10 fittings that I wasn’t able to find so I called On the Rox fab and they were more than happy to source the parts and put some together for not much more than what I had into the parts I had ordered from summit racing.

-Tom Woods front driveshaft 32.5”

- Fox shocks part number 985-24-114 these were recommended by a fox customer service representative over the universal double eyelet shocks for better valving. These shocks ride amazing! The metal bushings on the bottom and bar pins on the top need to be pressed out to fit the shock mounts on the roxor, fox said that is ok to do as long as a little grease is applied to the rubber eyelets before installing.

-As for tires I went with Accelera Badak X-tream through tirestreets.com 35x10.5x16 and have to run a 2” spacer to clear the springs and frame when fully turned.

Im still trying to figure out a steering stabilizer that would either fit the factory location or a double stabilizer that would bolt onto the axle, has anyone found something that works? Oh and by the way if you have a 7’ garage door and plan on this size of lift you will definitely be cussing every time you want to pull it inside and have to let the air out of the rear tires to fit ?

Front suspension successfully installed, everything went very well.
I’ll get to the rear axle early next week, hope to have it completed before the weekend.
I really appreciate everyones input here and especially to Max for the nicely done kit.

I need to lengthen my front driveshaft, can anyone give me the proper dimensions for 2.5” springs with Max‘s kit?
The minimum and maximum numbers (compressed and expanded) would be very helpful.

Measure it from mounting surface to mounting surface as it sits. You only need 1 measurement.

All completed, very nice suspension action.
Ended up being a huge project, the suspension itself was very straight forward and went easily.
While I had it down I added 4.56 R&P‘s and a pair of Detroit Trutracs, 30 spline axles on both ends, RX41 turbo, EGT gauge, oil pressure, water temp, volt gauge, topped it off with a set of 285/75-16 tires.
Nice power increase, suspension change was well worth the cost and effort and it’s nice to have all the system monitoring with all the gauges. The ride changed enough that the wife is even happy.
