Update. Rubicon Express is officially out of business. Springs seem to still be readily available. The RE number for bushings is out of stock everywhere.

*The long travel kit uses 9/16 leaf spring bolts. 1/2 bolts will work but 9/16 is ideal.

Here are alternative options.

non greasable

RuffStuff part number - R1957 (you will need 8 and (8) 9/16 bolts)

or greasable bushings

KJ02023 (you will need 2 kits)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

- Zone/BDS springs are a tad soft for a roxor and I do not recommend them if you have a bunch of accessories.

- Rough County springs are cheap but you get what you pay for. I would not suggest them if you use off-road.

- Rustys Offroad makes 4 inch lift springs that should work and come with bushings installed. P# RC-LS400F-YJ (not sure of bolt size)

- SkyJacker ROCK READY YJ springs will work with the kit and I have ran them myself and was very happy with them. P3 YJ45FS

- A spring that is untested is Pro Comp 2.5 Inch Front Leaf Spring - 11211 this will bolt up but I'm insure of the spring rate you may need to add
a leaf. this is also not a military wrap spring from what I can tell.

- There are many other options out there.

*** If you find any spring is too soft with all of your accessories weighing your Roxor down you can add a leaf using ProComp Part # EXP13120

Anybody try to mount the rear shocks here like this wrangler YJ? Seems too tight on room

Thoughts? Longer travel shocks could be installed w this set up

picked up the Roxor from the shop that put the lift in. I’m amazed at the difference in flex and ride quality. Wished I did it sooner. I am shocked that I was bump stopped perfectly for my 33s and I think even 35s. Now they need to be extended longer. I guess the Geometry changed with the dropping of the suspension hangers. Easy fix that I’ll do myself.

Unfortunately there just isn't much clearance for socks outboard of the frame. I do have extended shock towers available but they only work with axle swaps.

BUMP STOPS;

2.5RE springs and a cecco body lift
33’s bumpstopped for future 35s.

REAR: Some 3” tubing bolted to the rear frame works great for bumpstops. Thought I had them perfect for future 35s but the stock rubber bumps squished and fender cutting on the lower rear corner will be required for 35s. On the forklift they were fine, when I drove it on the trailer is when I discovered the squish. 33s clear just fine.

FRONT: used the same 3” tubing but narrowed it to 2” wide like the factory stop width and made them 7” long to extend the stops forward about an 1.5” to go with the axle stretch. They look to be good for 35s and I don’t think the stops will squish down like the rears did.

What kind of shop are you guys getting to assemble and install these kits for you? I have ambitions to install my own but my buddy's lift is always being used by others.

@Max A. I'm sorry and need a little help. I can't seem to find these anywhere:

non greasable

RuffStuff part number - R1957 (you will need 8 and (8) 9/16 bolts)

or greasable bushings

KJ02023 (you will need 2 kits)

Not searching, not on Ruffstuff's site or anywhere else. However, when I searched for the RE springs it showed the Daystar JK02007BK as an add on option and notes it's for the 87-95 Jeep Wrangler YJ. Of course the ID isn't anywhere I look either...
