Took about an hour. I just had to use a spacer between the frame and hinge so the hinges would line up right. Bolted it up and added the cables and latches. Sturdy enough to sit on.

I built both front and rear from aluminum , seems like a better way to go , along with hard top , doors , ..... I love aluminum , the custom crafters favorate medium.

O’ yes , that’s all part of everything.....( Zantac has been pulled from the market, causes cancer ) . Examples of what you may think may be true ! ...I checked psi today , the tire changer turkey put 40 psi in all four ! Bottom line ,I do not think it matters when you have a 3100 lbs vehicle and 10 ply tires.......all that much. . I will air em all down to 20 psi and see if there is any difference.
