Bolting some On the Rox doors on as I type this. Hoping to have it sitting on all 4 and drivable by the end of the month. Really depends on the weather and how work goes over the next few weeks. Been busy as hell lately.

I was able to print out all the parts for the yj kit and send them to a friend for him to give me some feedback. He said it went together pretty easy and we figured out the right shocks to use.

Hoping to get some good feedback since I won’t be able to test it with the stock axles and shock mounts.

He used 2.5 lift yj springs and plans to run 35s. These pics are with 31s. He is still waiting on a front driveshaft before he can really see what it can do.

Nice same color and wheels as mine. I wonder if he took before and after measurements? But my MAIN question is how's the ride quaility after?
Great stuff here!

I know He gained 4.5 inches of lift with the 2.5 inch springs. No ride quality feed back yet until he gets the shocks in. It should ride great though.

Since Spanky called me out for being lazy I got up early this morning and started a mock up assembly. Got it sitting on all 4s now! Steering seems to clear fine. And there appears to be plenty of room for sock clearance. I’m stoked!

After installing the CJ7 windshield frame, I cut down my roll bar by 4" I believe. Still gotta get the rest of the roll over protection finished. I had to get back to Iowa for a project then the beer flu struck, I've been here since March 9th! But at least I have a job, so I'm thankful for that....

Dude! You are one impressive guy.

And I was patting myself on the back for finding a windjammer for a 80's CJ7 for $60.

Having a hard time coming up with a shock tower solution for this thing. There is very little room between the frame and the tire at full flex and these shocks are huge. Part of the rules say that I can not modify the inner fenders nor cut holes in the body for the shocks to pass through. This means that they must be outboarded to get the kind of travel I want/need.

There is the first attempt in the rear that did not work. I think I’m going to have to mount the shocks in front of the axle to have the room I need and still have frame available to weld the air bump cans to.
