Idler shaft and gear are the most common things I've replaced, usually everything else will live unless the idler takes a huge dive. These are also on mining equipment, the regular user shouldn't see too much failure unless they run water in the oil for too long...
My kit has pretty good bearings, but future upgrades such as cryotreat are in the works.
Tools will be available soon, I used 3d printed prototypes in this video and they all worked. Real tools are a few weeks (ish) out.
