Speed Limiting factor

I have a 2019 with an automatic transmission and 373 gears. I'm running a DF stage 2 tune. I can only get about 72 mph at full throttle and I'm only running 2200 rpm. What do you think the limiting factor is with speed and rpm? Fuel? Turbo? Any ideas appreciated.

I have the intake hold down kit from DF. If it's leaking, it's not obvious.
