Hi Bob, I use mine for spraying primarily ( 110 gallon tank) its great loaded but empty pretty stiff, even loaded i feel it has plenty of springs, I did just order kyb shocks and I may get a suspension seat for it.I haul corn to feeders in mine. Normally 400# at a time. I have been impressed with the suspension being stiff enough that I did not need to beef it up on my 2024. So softening the ride has not been on my list. It does ride about as stiff as the wifes 3/4 Ton 4x4 Quad Cab RAM.
I do not believe that I have read a post on softening the ride. Maxx might read this after a while, and have some input.

What PSI on tires are you running?Has anyone removed a leaf or two on the roxor h.d. for a better ride? Thanks!
I've been running about 18 psi, they are pretty poochy when I have 110 gallons of water....I'll see if the shocks help but honestly I think maybe a suspension seat might be the answer, hard to get around a short wheelbase and solid axles! What PSI on tires are you running?
I installed the kyb shocks and did not have high hopes for much change in the ride but to my suprise they really did make a difference, even with an empty spray tank driving over deep furrow drills in the fields its an improvement!I had not considered the 5" C Channel Front Bumper + Winch Plate + Badlands 12,000 Winch + Cecco Racing Shackle Mounts + Badlands 7/8 D Shackles + Badlands Tow Hooks X 2.
Then the Back End with a Cecco Racing Farm Bumper + 7/8 D Shackles + Spare Tire.
Then a Fortress Windshield + Fortress Top + Hard Cab Rear Bulkhead.
That would mount up to quite a bit of weight helping out the ride. It still rides plenty stiff however.
Mine still has stock shocks.
My 235/85R-16 10 Ply Tires are not aired up much either. I was thinking 15 psi, but that may not be correct.
You would think 110 Gallons in the sprayer would help the ride on yours a lot. But like you said empty not as smooth. The kyb shocks might help. Keep us posted on how much difference the shocks make on the ride quality.
My sprayer is only 25 Gallons. And as soon as it quits raining every other day, I need to start using it. Only complaining a little, we won't be able to buy rain about July.

Darn really!? I was considering them! Maybe I just wait and use the included rough country in their 5” lift? Anyone know how it rides after that whole kit is installed?Installed the KYB shocks. I don't know if it really did anything I can notice. Paid for them, watched videos, spent a few hours installing them.....So I want to say it's much smoother.😉😉
Shoot really? So you out the 5” and then put Bilsteins? Got the pert numbers you used? Buy once cry once and have it apart once most importantly lol. 90% of the time mines on pavement. But the other 10% I want it capable.I did that kit inititally. Found out there's a reason they're called Rough Country lol! I personally didnt care for them, but shocks are subjective. You may like 'em. If you really pound the terrain hard, rough country does what its supposed to. Just too stiff for my taste. I put Bilsteins on and those fit well for me. YMMV.
