I installed Bilstein shocks , front ones worked great but not so much on back. Has anyone had any luck? I have a one inch lift on the back.

Are your rear springs sagged and your now hitting the bump stops? I had sagged springs and lift shackles. Swapped out shocks to a better (stiffer) valving and it helped some but it wasn’t a cure. A little bit of weight in the back and I was back to hitting the stops driving in pastures. Try jumping up and down in and see if you get them to bottom out.
