Removing springs from the leaf pack on 23 Roxor

I have a 23 2.7 HD Roxor and the ride is a bit rough for my wife and I. I did replace the OEM shocks with the KYB ones and it did improve the ride a little. I was wondering if anyone has removed a couple of leafs from the spring pack on both the front and rear and if that gave the Roxor a softer ride. My Roxor is mainly used on surface streets and maintained dirt roads.

I did that to my 2023 and it did make a noticeable difference. I've have 3 roxors and they are easy to modify.

How many leafs did you remove from each leaf pack? Also if you could post a couple of pics of the finished product that would be great.
