Hello all. I'm new to the Roxor world, but I'm already over every Polaris I've previously owned. I've been pleased with my Mahindra tractor for several years, so this was their foot in the door. I purchased a 23 Roxor hd 2.7ltr in Dec. and put some BFG ko2 17/285-70 all terrain tires on 8" rims on it this morning. (The tires were take offs of a 2021 Jeep Rubicon and the wheels are from Summit Racing.) I used the same 4" backspacing as stock and no lift. Tires rubbed at full right or left turn, but I shimmed the bumper out a half an inch and it works fine under normal driving conditions. I'm going to cut 6" off of the ends of the front bumper and reweld and coat it soon to allow for more steering clearance. I may upgrade to a 2" front leveling kit, but I already had the tires in storage and my OCD kicked in. I've included photos and I hope this helps anyone thinking of fattening up your ride. Peace.

Wow looks great, I just purchased 15 rims from Fuel with a -19 offset for a set of 31/10/15 KO2s. Im hoping they don't rub. The -19 offset is a 3 3/4 back space and puts the tire 3/4 further out. Don't have the tires yet. Now I wish I bought a larger rims but I couldn't find any with a -offset. Im going to look again after seeing your pics.

Looks great!
Im not sure if anyone is offering a leveling kit for the new HD machines yet. I ended up getting the Rough Country kit and it worked out, but I had to buy some different shackles since the shackle bolts on the earlier models have larger diameter bolts than the 2023 models.
I ended up using some YJ 1-1/2 lift shackles on the front and rear (had to drill out the holes to make the bolts fit). I got a total of about 3" lift in the front and about 2" in the rear. That clears my 35x12.50x15s fine with the front bumper off. I need to figure out what to do with the bumper at some point. I also need to install my degree shims to get the driveline geometry back where it needs to be.
Ive lifted both my 2019 and my 2023, so let me know if you have any questions.

Update: I modified the front bumper. Took 6" off of each end at an angle, boxed it and coated it. Removed the spacers and it works great on the trail. No more rubbing. Happy Roxing.

I just trimmed the tips. Fits good with 35s and a 5" lift
