Quick decision here on going up to a slightly larger tire

So I have the original 235’s on the 16 inch wheels. my neighbor wants to give me his 245s that are a light truck Blizzaks snow tire. slightly taller slightly wider can I put them on and not have to make any adjustments I’m assuming I can but I do not assume anymore.

That's such a minor difference you shouldn't have any issues. It's only a 1/2 bigger diameter. Width is close so yeah, put them on

I put 275/70/16 Maxis tires on mine with no issues.
