Correct.

The box is bolted to the sleeves the sleeves are tacked in place.

I'm not sure why Mahindra used a through sleeve to begin with and then to only tac weld it in place. ?‍♂️

Grinding the outer side of the sleeve flush will pinch the sleeve into the frame making it less likely to pull through.

Haven’t posted here in a while… the Roxor is still going strong. No catastrophic issues. She has been rolled 3 times now and not even a single dent to tell the tale.

I’ve made a few changes to get a little more performance in the rocks rather then the previous racing focus. The wheel base is now close to 100 and I went back to rubicon express 4.5 springs. I keep going back and forth on upping tire size but I really like being way over built for 35s and not worrying about snapping any driveline parts.

Max, check this youtube link out. It is a new video explaining the Roxor. You might recognize one of the Roxor's in it.

Indians certainly are a proud bunch. (Rightfully so, the roxor is awesome) I wish I knew what they were saying.

Just letting everyone know we made the tough decision not to race king of the hammers this year. It just isn’t t I the cards for many reasons.

The plan is to kick this thread back up with some pretty awesome upgrades to the roxor in the near future. Working on ironing out some big plans. Stay tuned.

Sounds interesting, Max. Even though your mods are way out of my league, I always look forward to reading your updates on this thread and seeing your pictures.

Thanks guys. I’m just waiting to see how hard I’m hit this tax season. I have a feeling I’m going to owe a lot more then I think.

Once I recoup it’ll be all hands on deck. We have another Moab date mid May so I’m either got to cram everything in before that or collect parts and install after the trip.

The current set up doesn’t have any travel. I’m Going to toss some BDS 4.5 inch spring on in conjunction with the long travel kit. It should move from a show truck to a rock crawler when I’m done with it.
