Thanks! I’m really proud of how it’s turning out.

I’m feeling pretty comfortable about the Moab deadline now.

Got the back bumper/stinger and half of the fenders painted and mounted now.

I’m no body man but they turned out half way decent. I found a new tool at Home Depot. A flap wheel that wraps all the way around for doing corner edges. It made things so much easier. Just a single skim coat of filler and sanded with 80 and then 150.

2 down 2 to go.

Welp that’s a wrap.... get it...

This was the last part of what I needed to get done before Moab the grill and doors were warped in gloss black for now until I get the full race wrap printed and stuck before hammers.

I do what to talk a little about this skid plate... the roxor crossmember is WEAK! Mine was so bent the skid plate would not go on with out some serious persuasion.

Once I got it bent back into shape (including using the winch to pull it 1.5 inches back forward) I got the skid plate mounted up. I decided that it would be an awesome addition to put (4) 1/2 bolts into the drop hanger.

This made a huge difference. There is absolutely no flex in the crossmember now. I pit my 3 ton jack under the belly and got all 4 wheels off the ground balanced on the skid plate with no movement of the crossmember. I highly suggest doing this.

What's the deal with that Grand Wagoneer in one of your earlier pics?

Originally it was going to be a Cummins swap project on one tons but it drives so good we decided to keep it stock. It’s got a brand new amc 360 in it now.
