Hi , I have a 2019 Roxor and having issues with obtaining parts easily as there is no dealer here inNova Scotia Canada. I just got this unit in August and the previous owner had replaced some of the seals and bearings but it looks like he didn't do the inner bearing and it is leaking and allowing water to enter. I was able to get most of the parts i need from a Dealer in Newfoundland but unfortunately they don't have this inner seal. I was hoping somebody on the forum could tell me if this skf seal that is for a Dana 44 axle will work as a replacement ? Any help is appreciated.

some other numbers on the label are 410 BR1972069X 713
HM815 R

I was able to find that part number on the sherwood site l However, that seal is a $4 item ... great.... may as well order a couple extra... wait .... Total is now $90 to $100 due mainly for shipping! That is exactly what the dealer in NL told me they would have to charge. Something is wrong with this system. Pissed in NS.

Something else that is annoying about getting parts for the Roxor. Lots of google searches are coming back with Ebay sites. Non of which will ship to Canada! Why ?

@Furgus Recoprical Duties/TARIFFS! I got hit personally on a pair of small Emblems I got for a Jeep project I'm building. They were on Ebay for $60/Free ship. He claims he only makes $15 profit on them and I can believe that. So I bought them. 2 Days after they shipped I got an email from UPS stating I had Tariffs to pay. $47.00 Government fee and $27.50 UPS "Brokerage" fees. You can't tell me UPS isn't loving this. I emailed the seller and he was totally unaware this went into effect and had like 15 other sales that went out at the same time. After all was said and done, he gave me the emblems for free and I paid the tariff. But, yeah, he won't ship to the US anymore without doubling his price.
More and more people are stopping shipping internationally right now. There's too much cost and uncertainty of what it "Really" costs to get them to their destination after all fees and charges are figured in.

I'm feeling your hardship being Canadian and trying to obtain parts. I know this is still American, but would this seal be the one you need?

QU15120 Roxor Front Axle Shaft Seal

The shipping is still relatively high but by ordering other things I need from them for the roxor, like filters and such I've been able to more or less justify it. I just got my water pump from them along with other things, my dealer wanted almost 300 for the pump.

Thank you tben87 i'll take a look. I did find the following from AI .
here is the actual size for that seal

• Front Inner Axle Shaft Seal (at the differential):

◦ Inner Diameter (Shaft): Approximately 1.320 inches

◦ Outer Diameter (Bore): Approximately 2.625 inches (or 2.63 inches)

◦ Width: Approximately 0.880 inches to 1 inch

Napa here has the following that may work as it has the same dimensions. it's from 78 Bronco

I hope it works, but I would also hate to buy things twice. But if you try it and it works, let us know. It might not be the same for you, but when I did order from torque king, it came UPS, which is usually notorious for ridiculous fees. But I didn't get charged anything extra after it shipped out. Meanwhile, another roxor parts place from montana I ordered stuff from had extra fees attached after the parts shipped. Not sure if it would be like this all the time or I was just an anomaly. I wouldn't trust anything with AI unless I had it in my hand to measure. I really want to love the roxor but sometimes I get distraught with this kind of stuff. Goodluck sir.

I feel the same.. I love the Roxor but not the parts search .. Another issue I have is that ridiculous map of dealers . Firstly you cant just click on any. I enter my postal code , 1000 distance, and Roxor .... it always comes up with no dealer. Then i used the NL dealers postal code and again nothing found, After much search the web, i found a dealer in Ontario and called them. But alas they only had tractors and no roxor parts. They expressed their frustrations to me too. Mahindra, should fix their *hit!

I hear you. I called O'neils here in Ontario that was listed. And they referred me to another dealer, Bob Mark a few hours away from them for Roxor parts. And Bob Mark isn't even listed as a roxor or mahindra dealer. Yet, they can get parts and sell roxors. Go figure.

I don't know if this helps or not but I'm in Nepal and some of the upgrades are not available here surprisingly and so I use PlanetExpress.com to ship from the US to Nepal when I buy things on Amazon or eBay. That might work for you in Canada as well. Just sign up for the Oregon site so you don't pay tax.

Ok , here is an update .
I finally was able to find a dealer in Saskatchewan who is ordering in the part for me. There is no dealer in Canada stocking this inner axle seal ! The SK dealer is charged $30 shipping to get the part in. Then of course they have to up charge ,tax and charge shipping from SK to Nova Scotia. The dealer really doesn't make enough margin but thankfully this dealer was more than helpful. I'll have to wait another couple of weeks due to holidays.

By the way, Mahindra packages these small parts in a 6x6 box , so if your part is small fill it as much as you can as the shipping cost remains the same. If Mahindra would only list some of these parts on Amazon it would alleviate some of the pain in this poor service . Beware anyone buying a Roxor

Just curious, did you go to a local parts store and have them look up an inner axle seal for an early 70's Bronco or anything with a Dana 44 front, and match up your old one to it? I know the Roxor axles are Dana 44 knock-offs because all of the parts I use for my gear swap were actual Dana 44 parts. I did upgrade the axles so that might make the difference for the shaft diameter if anything.

I actually did but got no help from them. They don't do it by sizes only part #. I did find one myself after spending hours online , a 1978 bronco had the same inner and outer dimensions but my mechanic tells me it was too wide. I'm just totally frustrated with Mahindra. If I lived in the US , there likely is no problem in getting it but with no warehouse inCanada it's a nightmare. And no i do not want Canada to be the 51st state.
