Inlet Air Heater Function

40s this morning, and on start up it sputters and rumbles until warm, and throws a lot of white smoke. My coil light has never stayed on, could someone point me in the direction of this pin connection? I have a feeling my grid heater is not working properly.

Mine stumbles a few times in 5th gear as i am going down the road. Once its fully warm no more misfires. Not sure what to think of it.
I wonder if a tune will get rid of that.

I have no issues of it stumbling or white smoke while driving, it is only on start up and will clear up pretty quickly. It seems to be every morning/day at the first start up. I am going to be getting a tune soon, and an hoping to request the grid heater turn on every time the key is turned. its chilly here in WY even in the summer months. Hoping that helps with the cold starts and white smoke.
