Heater is not getting warm on a new all weather machine.

The coolant valve is operating and the hoses are warm but no heat out of the core. Any ideas?

i am going to be chacking mine today ,it is doing the same thing i think i read somewhere on here that most all weather models they left the rubber plugs in the heater core and you have to drop the unit and rmove hose to get to plugs

and yes i just did mine tonight the left the 2 rubber plugs in the heater core and they were under a little pressure,heats good now
