Balance on tires good? Tire out of round? Bent wheel? Have you tried swapping tires (front to rear)to see if anything changes?

Try rotating your front tires to the rear and your rear tires to the front and see if it goes away or you feel it in the rear of the vehicle.

Generally, a wheel alignment problem will cause a pull left or right, or serious tire wear, and vibrations are almost aways a tire balance or rim issue.
