I have no idea what could be going on here. Everything was going great with the Roxor and I put a Battery Tender on it yesterday as I normally do when not using it. Today the battery was totally dead. I tried jump starting with a charger/starter and it started ok. I killed the engine and removed the key and the gauge cluster lights up and cycles every few seconds. WTH?????

Had that happen with a pickup. Battery ground and engine ground were bad and caused it. Is the bttery charged?

The battery was fine a couple days ago but was pretty much dead today after being on the Battery Tender I always put it on between drives. I just tested the battery and it showed a 21% SOH. Think it's just a bad battery problem? Seems strange to have the cluster light up and cycle every few seconds like that without the key even being in it. I'm still thinking of looking for a reputable exorcist.

Check if the battery will hold a charge while disconnected from the car.
if no- try a new battery
if yes- you have either a parasitic drain, bad alternator or charging system, or a short.
check to see voltage while running if you can

Ok, I pulled the battery out and put it on a charger. It held a charge and showed a 90% SOH, so I put it back in the Roxor. The Roxor started right up and drove fine with everything working good on the gauge cluster. While running, I had 14.3V at the battery. I shut it off after the drive and the gauge returned to cycling every 3 seconds with the key off, so I just disconnected the battery to keep it from running down.

Icp, this is all the Roxor diagnostic manual states for that issue.

Speedometer needle/ cluster lamps flickering • Lowbattery voltage • Open/poorcontact in instrument cluster ground wireFaulty instrument cluster

I would do a load test on the battery and if that is good then check the last two items. I wouldn't do 2 or 3 without the load test, you may save some time.
