Almost done w this top, target price is 3-3500k
Steel top, lift rear. Most likely have polycarbonate glass. Biggest thing is 2 piece doors. Top half removable. Need about 2 more weeks. But almost done.
I’m not sure on paint options. I’m gonna do Raptor liner, 2 coats outside, 1 inside.
Will be solid!!

I am exploring options for a full cab enclosure. I have pretty much ruled out the soft enclosure because of the endless negative reviews regarding the zippers. I have the Roxor (2) non-extended ROPS. I would upgrade to extended if it provided a better option. The best options and maybe only options I listed below.

HardCabs (DFK)
Polly Cab with framed vinyl doors
Soft Cab with framed vinyl doors - requires upgrading ROPS to extended.

I have never actually seen the polly cab option on a vehicle. Does this even exist yet?

For those that have the above options please give me the pros/cons from your experience utv cab enclosures.
Hello. I just purchased my first mule and was wondering if anyone made a good soft cab enclosure. I live in the south and really dont need anything other than a windshield but will be headed north this year on a mule deer hunt and would like some wind protection. Any suggestions. It is a 2024 with the poly windhshield with vents.

The only viable solution was a product that has been discontinued by bestop. Everything else out there is subpar. When it comes to cab enclosure your better off looking into hardcabs. Or to save money you can do the following:

Hard cab and roof combo, DF rear bulk head, DF lower half doors, and 1 set of 3 stars upper windows. Should run close to 4K

Looking to buy
I am looking to buy a new Roxor. I would like to get a 4 person hard cab for it. I want it for quietness & to keep weather & dust out. All i have found so far is Rally Top. I really like the looks of this one, but wish it came with windshield. I like the idea of fiberglass. Also the Diesel Freaks hard top.
Any comments on these two, or any other options would be greatly appreciated.

I'd stick with Hard cabs instead of Rally Top. In my opinion. Plus if you live out in the east side of America you will pay a CRAZY amount just for shipping alone if you're buying a Rally Top

You would not consider fiberglass a hard top?
Yeah I live in S Wi, so shipping would be high.
Thanks, Phil

It's very bulky in design, and will sure catch more wind, versus a "hard cab" brand. The "hard cab" brand fits relatively flush with the ROPS.

The fiberglass one severely goes over the ROPS, hence the bulky appearance

Thanks. I like hard cab. It just moved up to top of list followed by diesel freaks.
Now i just need to get a roxor! Thinking of getting the plain jane, not the not the all weather. Will probable cost more to build it to what i want, 4 seat hard cab, hvac to bring it to all weather. Winch, blinkers.
Thanks for the info, Phil
