Wasn't October 20th the date that we should hear something back on this....??

The date was Oct 29 for something, but I think it was that they would have the investigation done by that date and the result would follow at some point. I think it was something along that line. I think one of the last articles in the other thread kind of explained it.

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has said it was initiating a patent-related investigation and has not decided on the merits of the case. Within 45 days from Tuesday, a target date would be set to complete the investigation, it said.

That was the line from one article, another said that the finding would be released when the investigation was done but it didn't say it would be right away.
