I have not kept up on Roxor's the last few years. What is different besides the body on the new ones (2023 and 2024). From reading looks like the Diesel is different, and slightly larger. What has been Upgraded? or Changed over the years. Looks like a better Cab is available from the factory. When I was looking before 18/19 they were all pretty stripped. Upgrades were a winch and locking hubs, possibly positive trac.

2022 and up have the same body with wide hood and wide headlight spacing. 2018 thru 2021 have old body style with tapering hood and narrow headlight spacing. 2021 was the last year for rear passenger ROPS. 2018 thru 2022 have 2.5L diesel with available 3rd party tunes. 2023 and up have the 2.7L diesel, currently with no 3rd party tunes available. 2023 and on replaced the the incandescent tail lights with nearly flush LEDs. I believe 2018 thru 2021 had the 3.73 diffs, which changed to 5.38 in 2022 and up. Gage cluster changed to all digital in late 2022. The introduction of the 2.7L also made moderate wiring changes.

For the all weather models, 2018 thru 2023 came with the aluminum wheels, Warn Winch, cab, A/C and heat. In 2024 the winch was dropped from the all weather model and the LED Lightbar was added along with a pintle hook I believe.

I believe the 5.38s came out in 2020. Also the new HD Roxors which are all new ones now have a higher gvw. I believe there was no longer an emission reg they were trying to avoid as previous models did so they bumped the gvw up and added more leafs to the springs. Cabs are still lacking as I’ve read numerous reports of owners ditching the factory can for an aftermarket cab In order to get a better fit and finish. It’s been noted that you can get a base model and add an aftermarket cab and ac and have a better setup for less money

Definitely better cab options than factory, but be cautious on the A/C. I hear Mahindra has an exclusive contract with Vintage Air for the A/C kits that Mahindra uses in the all weather models and will not sell you the Roxor kit or even help you identify all the piece parts needed to coble together your own kit. However Diesel Freak has a roof mounted all electric A/C model but I think it requires dual alternators and maybe dual batteries to support the power requirements. Don't assume you can easily just add your own A/C, at least not without a good bit of custom work.

For gears I wish they had went 3.73 - 4.10.
How are the 5.38 gears doing? Do they need Tall Tires for highway driving?
I buddy of mine test drove either a 23 or 24. He was not impressed with the stiff springs on the one he drove. A metal Cab would probably help the ride out some.

The 5.38 gears are definitely low. I have 32s on mine and can get up to about 50mph running at 2500-2600rpm, so not great if you want to drive on highway much. I'm good with those gears for now until a tune comes out for the 2.7l. Getting up to 50mph isn't too hard but you can tell you won't have much power after 50 to go much faster. Once a tune comes out I'll probably end up putting in higher gears.

From what I can tell it looks like the Windshield and Front Top work on all year models with 2 seats ROPS? Is this correct?
Any issues with an older Fortress Windshield and Top on a 2024?

From my research it looks like they all take the same Oil and Air Filters. That is Good.
The 2023/2024 2.7L uses a different Spin On Fuel Filter. Possible Improvement if in stock.
Older machines had Goodyear Wrangler Tires. Not sure when that changed to tires made in India.
The Twist on Oil Fill Cap on the 2.7L is an improvement over the Fill Plug on the 2.5L.

I think the 2023 + have heavier springs increasing the cargo capacity from 349lbs to 1150lbs. It also increased the Gvw from 3650 to 4600lbs.
Any changes in suspension components
