did you click on download? when it redirected you. I signed out of my account and downloaded it as a guest and it worked for me

I do not have a Google account, it asks you to sign in. I do not want a Google account. So, no, I could not download it.

You can Zip the file in WINZIP. Most Windows systems now have WINZIP so the person can unzip the WINZIP Files.
