Cecco skid plates also guard the most vulnerable part that is not protected from the factory… the clutch slave cylinder is in a terrible spot and if you take that out your roxor will be down for a while the way parts have been lately. There are other skids but they don’t transfer the force to something substantial enough to take the blow like the cecco skids.

Engine skid.

In order of importance

1. Engine
2. Transfer case
3. Fuel tank.

I highly suggest adding 2 bolts the either side of the Cecco skid plate. This reinforces the crossmember so the skid plate cradles the transfer case.

I also welded 1/4 ar500 late to stiffen it up some if your going to be hard on it in the rocks.

Have they always had that skid plate i seem to remember the slave had a separate one before. So this one if I see it right protects more than just the oil pan on one plate

Cool! Just noticed yesterday on the Cecco website that this slid plate covers a bunch of stuff, including the oil pan. Seems like a great value. And I love their powder coating options.
