Transfer Case Stuck

I was wheeling my Roxor at Royal Blue going up a small hill in 4L when the Engine died and it felt like I had turned the Ignition Key off! I fired it back up, let out on the clutch and it died again. I finally got it out of 4L and into 4H and fired it back up and it worked as normal in 4H. So then I limped off the mountain and got back to our Cabin and tried 4L again and the same thing would happen, in 4L and let out on the clutch the engine would die as if it is locked between gears. Put it back in 4H and it works as it should, HELP Thanks. Also it will not go in 2H now!!

Check the shifter linkage underneath and see if anything looks odd or bound. May be an easy fix. The shifter is definitely sensitive in my experience
