Nice, thanks for the update. Do the 35s fit with the stock suspension or do you need a lift to for them?
You most definitely need a lift. 33s don't even fit with stock suspension.

@Colderweather86 is right.

Here's 35s on a 4" suspension lift. The rear axle moved backwards about an inch with this setup and is pretty well centered. If you just lifted it, without relocating the axle back a bit, I don't think 35s would fit well

She looks great! I'll no doubt want a lift anyway so that's not a huge deal. I'm hoping if/when they resume production they give they option for picking a gear ratio. If not I'll definitely have to this route

Did you mount the rear spring shackle to the original hole, or have you drilled and welded in the sleeve?

Max speed with 34.25" diameter tires appears to be 76mph. I would not cruise this speed, and I could not push it faster. 55-60mph was plenty comfortable.

Based on your use I would highly recommend the 3.73. I have 5.38 and at 55 she is turning very close to 3000 rpm. I have been told that redline is 3200.
I'm crusing at around 2300 to 2400 rpms with the 5.38 ratio and with stock tires. Im kind of curious are you on hills where you are from?

All I have left are the ring and pinions. And they’ve been sitting in my barn and have surface rust now plus I don’t know which pinion went to which carrier. Still send for cost of shipping. Just need to figure out how to safely package them where the don’t contact each other and get damaged in transit.

I appreciate your prompt reply. On second thought it might be more trouble for you and I. I do appreciate you. I'm currently trying to see if it's okay to cruise at 55mph at 2400 to 2500 RPM without damaging anything. That's the only reason why I am trying to regear, I don't have any desire to go past 55 mph

You won’t hurt anything at those rpms. I routinely run mine as high as 2700 at times.

Most of the time I’m between 2500-2700. On runs lasting up to about 45 minutes to an hour one way. Typically I run about 30-35 miles to my barn then back home, all on back roads. About a 1.5 hour of drive time. Here lately it’s been running down the road about 8 miles checking hog traps. my Roxor now has 3200 miles on it. I wouldn’t worry about any damages unless you do over 3000 for a sustained period.

I just bought a used 2018. Were all of them 3.73? Is there some tell tale sign?

Thanks

Why not go somewhere in the middle? The 5.38s are too low if you are keeping stock height tires. But if you're going to a 33 or 35, then 4.10 or 4.27s are a good middle ground for lower rpms, but still plenty of torque.
