Took delivery on Saturday.
Dealer isn't too far away but had to borrow trailer and I don't want to have to bring it back, would rather figure it out myself.
Headlights don't work on bright. Dim's work. Taillights work on bright and dim.
It's not the fuse or relay.
Anyone have any other ideas on easy things to check before I bring it back?
Thanks!

I would check the wires on the switch to start with, after that check if power is coming out of the high beam side of the switch. Could just be loose or a bad switch.

Check fluids and shifting.
I meant what can I check about the lights other than the fuse or relay.

Thanks.
I figured it out. I thought the relay was good cause I had swapped it out with the starter relay and still nothing.
Today I found out there was another fuse panel under passydash. 5 amp fuse for headlight control was out. Found out it was blowing cause bad relay after all.
Put in new fuse and starter relay and let there be light.
Dealer is gonna get me a new relay and some fuses.
Only issue so far.
