Front Brake Calipers and Rotors Crossover

Anyone looked into the possibility of crossover front axle disc caliper or rotor brake parts. From maybe any disc brake jeeps or similar vehicle.
I'm just looking for a brake parts backup incase this parts situation gets any worse. Especially not having to pay expensive shipping from india
