Brake Upgrades

Hello all. I have searched the forums but can’t seem to find if anyone has done any upgrades to the brakes in any way? Other than braided lines of course. I know GritShift (formerly Dirt Legal) used to offer a disc conversion for the rear but no longer lost it on their site. I plan on adding bigger tires and more power and would like to do something to upgrade the brakes as well. The factory brakes may be perfectly adequate but just curious if an upgrade can be done and/or is needed.
