Well, it's finally 99.4% finished. I have a few adjustments to make, a few drafts to fill in, need to add the wiper, a couple of pieces that need painting then it's all good. The windows came from "The Original Deer Blind Window Company" and were custom built to my measurements. It's all wood, except for a few square tubing frames for doors and is coated with Line X. The Line X caused a little bit of a problem, I thought I had left enough clearance everywhere for the Line X build up but in a few places I had to sand it to get everything to fit back together correctly. I learned that Line X is HARD but it sands ok with power sanders.
In total, I probably have $2000 in it and lots of hours. The last picture is just to let everyone know why it has taken me since August to get this cab built. I was kinda distracted by another project.
There are two reasons I built this cab. #1 was to keep some of the dirt off of us (my brother, my son and our rifles) and #2 some of the nighttime winter hunting we do I brutally cold without something to knock off the wind. With the cab, no heater and proper dress, we are quite cozy.

I took the Roxor to a shop that build cages for race cars and stuff and had them square off the rear of the two seater "roll cage" so I could put seats in the rear. When I got it home and put the seats in it on the fender wells, it was too low so I took the pipes that the shop had left over and cut up my brand new squared off roll cage and modified it to what I have now. at first we all though it looked goofy but we got used to it and now, the rear seat riders have plenty of headroom

Super impressed with that transition from the front section to the higher rear section. Is that fiberglass work? How’d you get those smooth transitions. I drive a van so it’s a thing of beauty to me, I can imagine a Tesla driver may not appreciate your mastery of the box 😎

Everything is built with 1/4 inch plywood and 1x4 pine boards. The joint between the front section and the higher rear section is fiber glassed just to glue it together. We considered fiber glassing over everything but decided the Line X would seal it up well enough. The roof itself has been on it for at least 3 years and it seems to be holding up well. Tesla driver can bite me LOL :D

Look great, I might attempt these
Just a heads up about the Cabela rear seats in my roxor. Although they worked, they lacked comfort and support so we changed them out this weekend. We looked at several options trying to find something not too expensive and came across these seats on Facebook Market place. They are out of a PT Cruiser. We used the same bases that were built for the Cabelas seats, just had to weld on some tabs to make it wider so it would fit the sub frame of the cruiser seats. We removed all of the forward and back mechanism and welded direct to what was left. We can still tilt the seat back up and down. They are a bit wider so it a bit tight getting in and out but not bad at all and they are so much more comfortable. I thought that since you were interested in the seats I used that it was only right to tell you I took them out. Here's a couple of pics of the "new" cruiser seats.
