Hello Roxor Family and Friends,

I just received my Free Kaiser Willys Parts Catalog. I recommend everyone get a catalog for ideas for their Roxor. If I remember correctly the Roxor is based on the original CJ2.

Oh, I also received two gun magazines to read!

I needed to edit this because I believe it was actually stated by a Mahindra Engineer that, the Roxor Specs match more closely with the CJ2 than any other Jeep.

I thought it was the CJ3B, but I could be wrong.
One thing for sure. It is closer to a real Jeep than anything Chrysler is currently selling.

I am looking forward to reading about your Twin Stick installation.

Hello Bob,

I received my Twin Stick parts kit two days ago. I need to check contents and clean the Cosmoline off (United States Military Standard MIL-C-11796C Class 3), it has been years since I dealt with Cosmoline.

Anyway, I am following LongSlyde's recommendation on the Twin Stick install. His work looks awesome so I am going to need to step up my install!

@USMC Id take the parts in cosmoline and blast em with a heat gun or torch if your careful. Melts most of it and drips off, the mineral spirits take care of the rest. Is a mess no doubt. Something I'll never forget LOL! Also, double check that they sent the proper set of shifters. I had two range shifters sent to me first round. Kaiser's was great in taking care of it though.

Can you share where you ordered the twin stick kit (and part number)? I'm seriously interested.

That's the one! Id also recommend doing the Torque King Tcase rebuild kit to upgrade the bearings while you're in there. It also give you the ncessary spacer you will need to fit the Dana 18 nose tighter to the bearing. Along with the shims needed to set proper end play.

Torque King Rebuild Kit

This also upgrades all bearing to Timken Brand instead of leaving the India branded ones in.
It is not "Necessary" to do this, but your right there if you do this project. (y)

Longslyde, I am also ordering the Torque King rebuild kit. I will probably send my ECU back to Wade for tuning for the 35-inch tires while I do the transfer case upgrade.
