Hi yall, I'm experiencing a little grind when shifting into second gear from first and when shif ting from secondition to 3rd. It dosnt matter what range the transfer case is in. The grind is subtle (maybe more of a burp than a grind) and it only seems to happen if I'm shifting bellow 2000 prm, mostly with a PRE mature shift in the 1500 rpm range. Any ideas? Is this normal. Like I said, if it's over 2k rpm I've never noticed it. Thanks.

Mine does not. But I'v only got 10 miles on it, waiting on my wiper to then go get its streetable inspection. I would say slow down the shift maybe, drive it like an old 3 on the tree. Take your time. Lol.

I’ve got just under a 1000 miles on mine. Been using as a daily driver. Mine grinds as well. Has hard time downshifting in all gears. Much worse after the trans has warmed up. Makes no difference if I shift slow/double clutch ect. Definitely isn’t right. I’m about 3 hrs from dealer so haven’t had a chance to make a warranty claim yet. Besides the shifting I love the rig. It’s been a treat to have.

That’s not normal.
Should shift smooth as silk. Mine does at any RPM..
Would have it looked at.
