I have not had any issue with my air conditioning or heat. I lost some coolant right after I bought it. Once I topped it off, it was good. Must have worked the air out.

Vintage Air was the exclusive A/C provider for the Mahindra Roxor. However their agreement with Mahindra would not let them sell the same kits to the consumer that they provided for Mahindra, to force the consumer to buy only from Mahindra. I believe they are still the OEM provider, and the basic components are likely the same on all Roxor year models accept any bracket and hose changes required for the different engines. Vintage Air would not even tell you which Vintage Air part numbers were used for the Roxor A/C kits, but the basic parts like compressor, and orifice valves they would sell you if you knew the Vintage part number you wanted to buy because those were common parts. Whether Vintage created custom evaporators or condensers for the Roxor, I do not know. Mahindra OEM New Old stock A/C retrofit kits are long gone, but some folks have had success locating new old stock Mahindra A/C piece parts from old Roxor dealerships. Once you determine the Mahindra part number that you are looking for, you might find a new old stock part from Sherwood Tractor or other old dealer. If you can find the Vintage Air part number, Vintage Air will sell it to you if it is a common part. Another option, and likely your best option is to reach out to a couple of the Indian dealers we have on the forum. They have been helpful in getting OEM and aftermarket parts directly from India for us. GI Store is one that comes to mind.
please provide more contact information about the GI Store or any other sources for parts.

The expansion valve must be part of the interior module. No part numbers are given except those needed to install the unit. Compressor, evap, expansion valve, drier and condenser are the part numbers needed.

Very good information though, thank you!

Lost1, there are Vintage Air part numbers for the drier, condenser, and compressor in their subsections.

I sent a request to Vintage Air, if they send me a complete parts list I will post it.

We could use a breakdown of the slimline subcase.

I just spoke to Rob (if my memory is correct) at HardCabs in Gaylord Michigan. Anyway, I left a message at Vintage Air and they directed me to HardCabs. The new units are still Vintage Air units for the AC. HardCabs does not have more info on the units. I am going to contact Vintage Air again directly.

Also, Rob at HardCabs told me that MahindraRoxorEnthusiasts at FaceBook is huge. I recommended they do more with TeamRoxor. Anyway, I am not a FaceBook fan. So, for all you that are FaceBook members, check out Mahindra Roxor Enthusiasts.

I need to wait until Monday to contact Vintage Air because they are closed for Thanksgiving.

Good Afternoon All! The Part Number for the Vintage Air Expansion Valve is 33076-VUI.

This is the email from Vintage Air:

The expansion valve will be attached to the evap. unit, if you locate the smaller #6 hose running to the evaporator and follow it all the way to the evaporator the #6 hose will terminate to the expansion valve.

I looked at my unit and found the expansion valve buried in insulation material on the right side of the cab unit.

Summit Racing has the Expansion Valves for $47.99 and they are in stock. Summit Racing has a boat load of Vintage Air parts!

Slimline Subcase Parts List. Any indented part numbers are part of the larger component and you would need to talk to Vintage Air about any of the indented part numbers.

Sorry, these lists were sent to me as jpeg files and I did not convert them.

Interesting that I do not see the 33076-VUI Expansion Valve in the IPB list.

Check your wires behind the heater controls inside. I put some defrost vents in mine for ver the winter and my ac wouldn’t work in the spring. Took me 1 1/2 hours to find that I had knocked one loose
