Hey was wondering has anyone been able to tune the new 2.7L engine?
I would like to buy an all weather cab and have it be my new daily driver, while still keeping my 2020 2.5L. But don't want to be restricted if I can't get a tune, especially for daily drivingI don't think anyone has done it yet for the 2.7L, I'm sure it will be soon.
You think that aftermarket boost valve would have any performance gains without a tune? The 2.7L that isI don't think anyone has done it yet for the 2.7L, I'm sure it will be soon.
just to piggy back off your comment here is the direct link for the tune!!!!!!Wade @dieselfreak has done it. He has released the long awaited 2.7L tune.
Congratulations Wade.
Tell us all about how you finally cracked the code.
Thanks USMC, I went ahead and canceled those 1.5. I'll save up and get the BMF in a few months. Steps are in the future, my girl is short and already complains lolDrunk, I think the 1.5s are too small. My rear tires still rub on the tub lip when crossing deep ditches. There is only like a 1/2-inch clearance from the tub lip. Get an entry ladder with the 5.5s though!
