Just figured I’d do a quick write up on how to fix all the stupid leaks that were there on the drive back from the dealer (brand new 25 roxor all weather).

All the torx holding the panels together now have a rubber o ring around them - this one’s huge. Mine were mostly all dripping.

The dealer or someone installed the cab wrong, the weather stripping above the mirror and the clip from the windshield to the mirror need to be inspected. I had to reglue it all back in place.

The doors- you NEED to bed the doors. It helps to much with air noise and keeping water out.

I also found the drain stops, they weren’t installed but were under the seat. No biggie.

passenger side - Mahindra forgot to put bolts in on the body near the “roxor turbo diesel” badge. They did torx on drivers, no leaks, but plastic push pins on passenger? They also got an o ring.

The holder that goes to the bar near the mirror for the roof - this wasn’t tight at all. Take your light bar off, two bolts and scoot it back. They probably forgot to tighten it, really annoying. It was dumping water.

Just took it out during a pretty big storm, no more water.

Hey Drunk, I found that riding with my grand daughter in the rain with the doors off. We got more rain coming in between the windshield and the roof. It was like raining inside the cab.

I still need to address this.

Hey dude, same with me! The fix for that is to loosen the torx below the light bar (or on top middle front), then push the windshield back. There’s a bracket that sits in between the mirror and the top (on the top middle the windshield). They installed mine wrong. The westherproof strip should make contact with the front rollbar. Mine wasn’t and was torn in fact, it needed to be glued.
