Just dropped my vented frames at the glass shop for safety glass install. It’ll have a slight green tint like the piece in the photo, but hardly that noticeable outside. I’m so excited. Lol

Yes we did and it works great with the vents open on the top. The wind coming off the windshield blows right in your lap and gets rid of almost all the dust. Problem is we lost more glass than I anticipated with everything. I ordered the composite cab and when it comes in we are going to make another prototype with the vents right at the bottom and move the bend up to the first clamp if we can. That should gives us about another 1.75” of glass. That will be a bit more than I originally measured. It works awesome on the road but it is too big of a lower blind spot for tight trails.

If all goes as planned the second time we should be able to get the actual glass edge inside the rubber down to the mark on the tape. Trouble is still getting the vents imported to Canada at a reasonable price. But prototypes are never cheap.
