Hello GIStore, were all the bearings upgraded when the transfer case was switched over to twin stick, or is it just the bearing cap and shift rod assemblies that were changed?

This is a brand new transfer case,With all new internal components including the bearings,You just have to take out the single shifter transfer case & replace it with this new unit
Yes provision for the duel shift sticks have to be made DIY on the floor

This makes the conversion minus the hassle of opening & doing hard work with the conversion kits,Its almost ready drop in TC & requires less mechanical skills to install.
Just the easy way out & gives you an opton of going back to single shifter as there is no core exchange.

Maz, it appears that the Roxor uses the same transfer case for either transmission. You just need the transmission adapters to attach it to the automatic tranny if you do not have them.

How much trimming of the floor is required? Does it move the shifter and hi/low selector as well or just add 2wd/4wd stick to the side of the high/low range stick? Looks to be pretty simple if someone were to buy this.. I probably would have hopped on it but already added hub locks
