Time to fight to get Roxor legalized in the northeast. Help needed

Good morning,
I recently purchased a Roxor and registered it in Montana. Well low and behold, game warden stopped my son, but he did not know what to do and let him go. He showed up at my house a week later and said, he spent the next day on the phone and was advised by whomever that Maine does not recognise Montana registrations on these and issued him 2 tickets. One for "Operate Unregistered ATV" and "Operating ATV on Public Way". Maine does have a Reciprocity Statute which should cover this issue.
I have hired an attorney to fight this and research the issue. I am hopeful, if we all stand together, we can start a movement in the northeast and elsewhere to get these legalized even on a limited basis onle. This fight won't be cheep. I will be starting a go fund me page this weekend. If we are able to succeed, the legal precedence could be used elsewhere to move the needle in the right direction. I will ask every Roxor owner and enthusiasts, as well as all ATV and UTV supporters to help spearhead this legal fight. Give as much as you can, but even $5 from everyone will help. I am not benefiting at all from this and ALL funds will go towards legal expenses.
I will also be posting email addresses for all perinate state and law enforcement officials and ask everyone to contact them POLITELY to support this endeavor.

So if you were to fight to make these street legal than would emission apply?? Dud to emmison not needed on SXS ive removed all the power robbing equipment. It runs smoother and more efficient. Mine is street legal in my state and I get stickers to enter other states. Street legal for a SxS no highways or roads over 55mph. Im 100% fine with the legality of my Roxor. Mine is for trails and rarely do i get over 50. I've removed the front anti sways for more front articulation. I live In Utah and my Rox is a 2020.

Even the State Highways are ok, outside of SL County, as I understand it. I know here in Cedar, the cops don't look twice at me. Interstate is off limits, but I run State Hwy 56 in Iron County quite a bit and have never had a problem.

Technically over a road over 50mph is not allowed but I also drive alittle to gst to my trail. I'm 10 miles from Idaho so I'm away from big towns anyways

Look at the montana title. If it is registered as a passenger car you are covered. It doesnt matter what some maine official says. Every state has reciprocity for motor vehicles or you could not drive your vehicle in another state.
however, if its registered as a atv/utv you lost. I know in my area the DMV issued guidance because people were registering a UTV in Montana and thinking they coulfd drive it on roads. They couldnt do do because ATV and UTV‘s are not legally allowed on the road.
