If leaving for an extended spell disconnect fuel pump electrical connection at tank and/or pull fuses for fuel/ignition. Or any number of other items that will leave it disabled

I pull the fuses if I'm concerned. Carry around a fuse puller or put it on your keychain, and don't leave any spares in the fusebox. If you install a kill switch that would probably be more effective.

That gave me a great idea. Run the seat belt wires to a toggle switch under the dash.

I'm going to put a toggle in line to the ignition wire under the dash. Older Intertrashinals semis you have to two switches to start them.

Does anyone worry someone would steal their Roxor. It looks simple enough to get to the ignition. Wires behind dash are simple to access. I've had vehicles stolen before so alittle gun shy vehicles.

Your more likely to get your stuff stolen out of it then the actual Roxor being stole.
