I have a 5 inch I would trade you for the factory parts that you have to replace.
Your not happy with your lift? I wouldn't use one because it would be all the more prone to flip. I use mine for roadways

I am running the 1.5 inch shackles on the front and the 1 inch shackles on the back. I run 35 inch tires. I ran through the ditch in front of my house, and it is a wide and deep drop. I went in at an angle and my left rear tire did scrub my fender slightly.

So, I am thinking of putting the 1.5 inch shackles on the back also.

Also, I have 2 inch wheel spacers.

You’re really not Fixing the problem like that. Sure it’ll gain you some extra flex room but until you bumpstop it you can still flex enough to contact the tub. I had a body lift, 3” lift springs and longer 1.5” shackles in the rear and 33s and still had to bumpstop for hard flex. 35s and no lift off road is a recipe for tub contact. You won’t hit the top of the tub but rather the lower corners. next time stop in the flex and get out and see how far you are from that bump stop. Then decide how you want to fix it. Either add bumpstop spacers or trim the tub.

Good idea. I will need to look at mine. I also think that mine scrubbed the back lip because I went through at a 45 degree angle and as my left back end was going down in the ditch my right front was going up and out pushing that back corner fender lip down to the tire.

I may run it there again and take a look underneath as it is sitting in the ditch. Thanks for the input.

My bumpstops are about 1.5“ or 1.75“ if memory is correct. If you can use them let me know. all you gotta do is drill up in that flat spot where factory stops contact. Then bolt them down. Very easy.
