I went to the dealer and looked at a factory (Dealer) installed heater. I was not impressed. It sits up under the dash, right behind the speedometer. It leaves no room for future gauges, if you want to mount them in the dash. Also, it blows straight down onto the center console. you would have a time channeling the air. Someone on this forum put in an aftermarket heater. I really liked it. It has a knob to turn off the water in the summer. I ordered one from Amazon for $140. I'll install like the other gentleman did. The way he installed it would be easy to put louvers on it to direct air. Search heaters in the forum and it should come up.
