Rough Country Lift Plus MaxA Shackle Lift

Seems like this has been discussed before, but I cannot find it. Has anyone used the Rough Country 2-1/2" lift then added Max A's Shackles to lift it another 1-1/2"? It seems like this would work as a budget 4" lift but there may be drive line geometry issues.
I already have the Rough Country lift on my 2019 and have been happy with it so I was thinking if I start a 2023 build, I would probably want to match 35s with the 5.38 gears.

Any thoughts?

I may have answered my own question. Me and a friend went to the dealership to look at the new Roxors this afternoon and Im thinking that it would easily take 35s with a 2-1/2" front level and some of Max's +1" rear shackles.
I'd still welcome any thoughts on stacking those two lift methods with pros/cons to to it.
