I recently bought a Bestop Trailmax II foldable rear seat. When trying to install it I ran into an issue. There are 3 reinforcement bars running across the bottom of the cargo bed. If I drill through or use the existing hole in one of those bars, the 6" spacer that the bolt goes through and sits under the bed to reinforce it will be about 1/2" lower on one side between the holes. The only thing I can think of is to stack a few washers or make a thicker spacer so it sits flat. I called Bestop and they refuse to help saying they don't recommend the seat for a Roxor. I read here several people have installed it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ridiculous they won't offer suggestions. You could either do the spacer like you suggested or find some spare tube at the right amount you need. Washers would be easier

I made spacers with some steel and it worked . I still have to put in some washers on the short side but it will work.

...and I had to buy longer bolts. Also got a custom tarp for when it rains!

Spacers would be the best method. I mounted the tumbler seat further forward than other listed here to accomodate my rear winch. I'll snap some pictures this afternoon.
