I am not sure what you are asking about. If after the Bearing replacement you cannot back up.
My best guess would be that the Rear End needs opened back up by a better mechanic. Something did not go back together correctly.
I had a Locker installed in my 2024. The pin fell out during assembly, and knocked out the Bearings. My mechanic was not up to speed on antique DANA Axles. We ended up taking the Locker Out, and replacing all Bearings with USA Made from Torque King. Problem solved. I drive on way to much asphalt to put up with a locker. It would have saved quite a bit of $$$ to have figured this out sooner.
If I work on the rear axle again, it will be to install a Clutch Style Limited Slip unit. If one can be located.
